How do I pay?

By card on a secure checkout page. Your card details never touch this site. You get a receipt and an invoice for your books.

Is there VAT on top?

No. RetainerFree isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Is there a contract or anything that renews?

No. You pay once, in full, and that's it. There are no discount codes: everyone pays the same.

What happens straight after I pay?

We email you a link to your questionnaire within one working day. Your playbook arrives within 7 working days of your completed questionnaire, or 10 with Launch. Often sooner.
